Davis has sentenced Nicholas Christopher Carwise (31, Fort Mitchell) to 10 years in federal prison, followed by 20 years of supervised release, for attempted enticement and coercion of a minor to engage in sexual activity. Carwise had pleaded guilty on March 20, 2023.

Cheyenne Man Sentenced for Being a Felon and Unlawful Drug User in Possession of a Firearm

Devon Jonathan Souza, a/k/a/ Devon Jonathan Swan, age 29, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced on June 26, 2023, to 105 months in prison for being a felon and a drug user in unlawful possession of a firearm. U.S. District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson imposed the sentence, which also includes three years of supervised release and a $100 special assessment.
