HomeShopping & Saving Money

Shopping & Saving Money

Shopping & Saving Money scams are a type of scam that preys on people’s desire to save money. These scams often involve fake websites that offer products or services at a fraction of the cost of legitimate retailers. The scammers will often use social media or email to target their victims.

Here are some of the most common Shopping & Saving Money scams:

Fake online retailers: These websites offer products or services at a fraction of the cost of legitimate retailers. However, once you order the product, you either never receive it or receive a counterfeit product.
Fake coupons: These coupons offer discounts on products or services that are not actually available. The scammers will often use these coupons to trick people into entering their personal information.
Fake rebate offers: These offers promise you a rebate on a product or service that you have purchased. However, the rebate is often difficult or impossible to obtain.
Fake sweepstakes or contests: These scams offer you the chance to win a prize, such as a car or a vacation. However, in order to win, you must first pay a fee.
