Cheyenne Man Sentenced for Being a Felon and Unlawful Drug User in Possession of a Firearm

Devon Jonathan Souza, a/k/a/ Devon Jonathan Swan, age 29, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced on June 26, 2023, to 105 months in prison for being a felon and a drug user in unlawful possession of a firearm.
