    I encountered this man on OK cupid with the same information pretty much that most others got… He told me his wife passed away 5 years ago. He had an 8 year old daughter that was in boarding school while he was deployed and would be retiring in the months. Once he got my email he removed himself from the site/disabled his account and send me one message under this email henrychandler69@yahoo.com. Beware of this guy… He is good…

      I got the same off Twitter. Evidentially MY Chandler is a General in for 35 years. Which is funny, he has photos up that include his rank which shows him as a Sgt Major. It’s really funny for me. My twitter states that I am prior Navy. Why would you try and scam someone that easily finds out who you are.

    A person claiming to be Raymond Chandler has become a Facebook friend. He calls himself PERRITT LINDY THOMSON. He is using Sgt. Chandler’s pictures. He is supposedly in the U.S NAVY in Damascus, Syria. He has already proposed to me via messaging. I will be calling him out tomorrow, then blocking him.

    This man’s photo and friend request appeared on my Facebook, but the name was Chandler Smith Hottaling. I have military sons, so thought it might be one of their friends, however he had no friends listed on Facebook which made me suspicious. I looked up his name and came across this site.

    Someone friended me on facebook, saying he was a 3-star General. The name was Gary Chandler. I contacted him just to call him out on the General bit, and he said he did that because they’re not supposed to be on Facebook. So then I got sucked into conversation. He got me to go on Google Hangouts and deleted his FB account. On Hangouts, he is Sggt Lee. He said his name was Gary Lee Chandler, but everyone called him Sergeant Lee. He said he was a Staff Sergeant. Then later, he told me about all his detachments and one was 1st Sergeant and the other was Sergeant Major. Wait a minute!! They are both higher rankings than Staff Sergeant! I have sent him a couple links to Army Times and Wikipedia; I can’t wait to hear what he says!!!
