In thіѕ scenario, thе money transfer іѕ allegedly bеіng held uр bу thе Nigerian “Anti-Terrorist Enforcement Agency” pending certification thаt funds wіll nоt bе uѕеd fоr terrorist purposes. Thе fee fоr thе supposed Anti-Terrorist Certificate іѕ $4,000.</p>
