Military Scammer

A military scammer is a fraudster who poses as a military service member in order to scam people out of money or personal information. These scammers often use dating websites or social media to find victims, and they may also use email or text messages.

Military scammers often use a variety of tactics to convince victims to send them money or provide personal information. They may claim to be in need of money for medical expenses, travel expenses, or other expenses related to their military service. They may also claim to be in love with the victim and ask for money to help them pay for their wedding or other expenses.

In some cases, military scammers may even ask victims to send them gift cards or wire them money. Once they have the victim’s money, they will typically disappear and the victim will never see it again.
