So this photo has been used recently for a Leonardo Caruso Garcia. He says he lives in the UAE and is currently on contract working for a oil company in Scotland. He professed his love very early on then consequently asked for $15K to pay for some chemicals from a Chinese company. I refused and he threatened to “find me” and ruin my life. I have since blocked and deleted him.
